Description

You will architect and govern enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform, serving as the lead technical expert.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop core Intellectual Property (IP), including accelerators, integration frameworks, and LWC component libraries.
• Lead technical design and define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for integration, environment management, and advanced state management.
• Guide project teams on design decisions concerning large data volumes, security models, and long-term upgrade paths.
• Oversee the Architecture Review Board (ARB) process and perform critical code reviews to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Provide hands-on expertise to unblock complex technical challenges on client projects.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of overall experience, heavily focused on Apex, LWC, and solution design.
• Mandatory Platform Developer II certification.
• Expert-level experience designing and building reusable LWC components and frameworks.
• Proven history architecting complex solutions for enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of technical debt management, security modeling, and platform governance.
• Experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Experience in ISV or high-governance product development.
