Architect and develop core IP, including integration frameworks and LWC libraries, for enterprise Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop core IP, including accelerators, integration frameworks, and LWC component libraries meeting scalability standards.
• Build prototypes and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to drive practice growth and convert client work into internal assets.
• Define technical design and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for integration, environment management, and state management.
• Lead technical design as the expert for Salesforce solutions, guiding teams on LDV, security models, and upgrade paths.
• Mentor developers on governor limit optimization, advanced Apex patterns, and LWC performance best practices.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of overall experience with deep focus on Apex, LWC, and solution design.
• Proven history architecting complex solutions for enterprise environments.
• Mandatory Platform Developer II certification.
• Expert-level experience designing and building reusable LWC components and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of technical debt management and security modeling.
• Experience in ISV or high-governance product development.
• Knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience converting client work into internal assets and accelerators.
• Strong background in defining SOPs for integration and environment management.
