Salesforce Architect

You will lead Salesforce implementations through hands-on design, development, and integration work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team by providing technical oversight, ensuring solution quality, and building people capability.
• Own technical estimates and represent the team during backlog grooming.
• Supervise configuration, development, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of maintenance releases and fixes.
• Act as release manager, approving configuration and code for deployment between environments.
• Identify technical risks, implement mitigation plans, and support the creation of prototypes and proofs of concept.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
• Expertise in Salesforce design and development.
• Proven experience with system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration.
• Strong background in quality assurance and testing.
• Ability to provide guidance on user story writing and testing documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
