Description

You will lead quality assurance for Salesforce implementations, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Estimate levels of effort, monitor task execution, and ensure delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in daily SCRUM calls and provide regular status updates within agile projects.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align technical execution with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Solve technical problems independently while maintaining full ownership of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com specifically as a QA professional.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in manual testing processes for enterprise applications.
• Experience working within SCRUM and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Web Services integration testing.
• Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• QA Automation experience or framework development knowledge.
