Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures that align with insurance industry requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Apply Salesforce best practices to ensure scalable and efficient implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications.
• Expand technical scope by learning new tools and working outside current expertise.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce environments.
• Deep knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Proficiency with SOQL.
• Core Salesforce platform expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OmniStudio.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Architect.
