Description

Design and architect scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare, ensuring regulatory compliance and secure data handling.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Health Cloud features, including Care Program, Patient Services, and Care Management.
• Configure and optimize components like Providers, Member Services, and Care Plans to improve care coordination.
• Integrate Health Cloud with third-party healthcare systems and EHRs using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and governance within Health Cloud.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture or engineering.
• Extensive experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud Setup and configuration.
• Deep expertise in Care Program (Patient Services) and Care Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud Providers functionality.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with EHR and healthcare systems via APIs.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements.
• Ability to develop and manage complex data models within Health Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
