You will design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions and custom applications for complex enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure Salesforce solutions, including integrations, custom applications, and workflows.
• Lead project implementation covering configuration, customization, and data migration.
• Design data management strategies focused on quality, security, and system integration.
• Optimize business processes by implementing streamlined Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar technical role.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex programming and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and its capabilities.
• Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external systems such as SAP.
• Experience implementing Salesforce within complex environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
