Description

Define and govern enterprise Salesforce architecture, integration engineering, data modeling, and AI-driven delivery for utility-sector platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and multi-org coherence.
• Lead complex customizations using Apex, LWC, Flow orchestration, and platform event-driven patterns.
• Design end-to-end integrations with MuleSoft, SAP, and legacy systems, defining REST/SOAP APIs and resilience strategies.
• Own data architecture, including schema governance, migration from legacy platforms, and Data Cloud adoption.
• Implement AI-augmented SDLC practices, integrating Einstein AI and Agentic tools for development and automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and REST/SOAP API design.
• Strong background in Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience with ETL/ELT design and data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of NERC compliance and utility-sector regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or Generative AI integration.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms like Windsurf or Devin.
