Description

You will lead Salesforce implementations through hands-on design, development, and integration work.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions with direct technical oversight.
• Own technical estimates and represent the development team during backlog grooming.
• Supervise configuration, development, QA, testing, and deployment of maintenance releases and fixes.
• Act as release manager to approve configuration and code deployments between environments.
• Identify technical risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and design.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce integration.
• Experience managing the full development lifecycle, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ability to provide technical oversight and maintain solution quality across a team.
• Experience guiding user story writing and testing documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to build team capability and operational excellence.
