Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical designs and functional POCs using Agentforce and generative AI.
• Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and API integrations.
• Design and implement Data Cloud solutions for unified customer data, segmentation, and multi-channel activation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Manage source-driven development using GIT and optimize Agentforce DevOps pipelines to accelerate release readiness.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of Salesforce platform experience, including solution design and custom development.
• Hands-on expertise with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware integrations.
• Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience implementing Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel Routing, Email-to-Case, and Einstein Bots.
• Knowledge of Agentforce DevOps and enterprise CI/CD pipeline management using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications are required.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.
