Description

Lead the strategic direction of the Salesforce platform and mentor the development team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using LWC, Jest, and Apex with VS Code.
• Collaborate with Gainsight and CRM Analytics teams to ensure seamless platform integration.
• Implement data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboards to support CRM analytics and reporting.
• Manage technical documentation including data models and ETL processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven track record of leading development teams.
• Expertise in Apex and LWC using VS Code.
• Experience with Jest for testing.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM Analytics, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Ability to work with SQL queries in Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II credentials.
