Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions integrating Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud across multiple clouds.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into technical designs and functional POCs using Agentforce and generative AI.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Implement Data Cloud solutions for unified customer data, segmentation, and real-time activation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Manage source-driven development using GIT and optimize Agentforce DevOps pipelines to accelerate release readiness.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of Salesforce platform experience including solution design and custom development.
• Hands-on expertise with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong integration skills using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Experience implementing Service Cloud features like Omni-Channel Routing, Email-to-Case, and Einstein Bots.
• Knowledge of Agentforce DevOps and enterprise CI/CD management using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or GitHub.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications are required.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.
