Description

You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions specifically for Field Service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
• Review, debug, and maintain existing code to ensure performance and compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Field Service.
• Suggest and implement system upgrades or new features based on latest Salesforce releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce Field Service product.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience reviewing and maintaining existing codebases.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and AI Einstein.
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications.
