Description

You will design and oversee scalable Salesforce architectures across Sales, Community, and Service Clouds. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design flexible, scalable architectures integrating security, performance, and operational needs.
• Guide technical teams to deliver solutions that align with business requirements while minimizing unnecessary customization.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment phases for multiple projects to ensure design alignment.
• Participate in quarterly planning to align project designs with program priorities.
• Manage ambiguity and solve complex technical problems while leading teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce projects.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce or Force platform Architect.
• Hands-on development experience with Lightning Web Components.
• Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, or middleware like MuleSoft.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Copado.
• Strong ability to lead technical teams and collaborate across time zones.
• Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with managed packages and AppExchange.
