Description

Lead technical solution design and product development within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the architecture, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design, research, scoping, and feasibility analysis for Salesforce products.
• Conduct impact analysis and develop proof of concepts (POC) to validate technical approaches.
• Plan product development cycles, establish timelines, and manage budgets and team goals.
• Execute hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development or architecture.
• Expertise in Apex and Visualforce development.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript frameworks for Salesforce.
• Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience building complex reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
