You will design, deliver, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet specific business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical solutions by gathering requirements from cross-functional departments.
• Own the Salesforce underlying data model, including documentation, data governance, and extensions.
• Lead high-level evaluations of user stories and perform gap analysis between platform functionality and client needs.
• Maintain and extend all Salesforce extensions and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and manage ongoing user support requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Flows.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools including Data Loader, Workbench, and Visual Studio Code.
• Practical knowledge of SOQL, Visualforce, and Oracle.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other Agile tools.
• Competency in performing Gap Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Boomi or other integration tools.
