Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM architectures. You own the full release management lifecycle, from business requirements analysis to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, high-performing Salesforce and integrated applications using clean, maintainable code.
• Implement Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, and Interaction Studio.
• Design complex customer journeys using Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, and Analytics Builder.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
• Coordinate multi-country roll-outs, managing currency, language, and geographic team collaboration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Force.com Platform and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience in full Marketing Cloud implementation and enhancement lifecycles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud limitations and best practices for testing and production deployment.
• Experience integrating with Google Analytics, Social Studio, CDP, and Audience Studio.
• Strong background in enterprise solution design, advisory, and consulting.
• Mandatory SFMC Email Specialist certification.
• At least two other SFDC certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, SFMC Consultant).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Datorama, or Pardot (Account Engagement).
• SFMC Administrator or Consultant certifications.
