Description

Architect and implement end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Code, configure, and debug campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push channels.
• Design and develop templates using Content Builder and AMPscript.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on migrations from AEM or legacy tools to Salesforce.
• Identify technical alternatives for personalization, Einstein, and system integrations.
• Develop system requirements through the full application development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Expertise in AMPscript and Salesforce Marketing Cloud customization.
• Proficiency with SFMC REST APIs, including Transactional Messaging, Content Builder, and Send Definition APIs.
• Strong experience with Data Extensions and SQL for relational database management.
• Server-side API development using JAVA and open-source frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Business Units, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder.
• Experience with headless implementations, including APIs and open-source frameworks.
• Technical proficiency in HTML and CSS for email and SMS template development.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to Salesforce.
