Lead architectural design and system integration for scalable Salesforce platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and integration efforts following enterprise architecture principles.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team through code reviews and best practice enforcement.
• Develop technical roadmaps focused on system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design processes and workflows that leverage Salesforce capabilities to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Document system architecture, integration patterns, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency with jQuery and object-oriented application architectures.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and RDBMS.
• Proven ability to implement integration patterns using SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and middleware.
• Deep understanding of security concepts including authentication, SSL, and SSO.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies and the SDLC.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of mass data integration and handling tools such as Informatica.
