Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using standard features to minimize custom code.
• Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
• Drive enterprise best practices, data governance, and security standards.
• Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor development teams through code reviews and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform and CRM implementations.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Architect.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and platform encryption.
• Experience designing scalable data models and managing large data volumes.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems like ERPs and payment gateways.
• Experience working within agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with Marketing Cloud.
