You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Oversee development and customization of objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce architectural standards.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proficiency with integration technologies, specifically REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
