You will design and execute Salesforce architecture and DevOps strategies for release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions aligned with organizational requirements during release management.
• Execute deployments of metadata, record data, and manual configurations across Salesforce environments.
• Implement DevOps architectures using industry-standard tools and Copado.
• Guide best practices regarding security models and environmental management.
• Manage release strategies to ensure stable deployments.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong background in Salesforce Administration.
• 4 years of experience with Copado implementation.
• Proven track record of implementing 3 to 4 CI/CD automations through Copado.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with DevOps strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Degree from any graduate program.
