Description

Architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions with hands-on development, technical leadership, and client-facing project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based business technology solutions, including architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment for Salesforce.com.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft middleware.
• Develop scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines to prevent technical debt.
• Partner with clients to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and drive project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience in software development.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• 3+ years of experience working on deployment teams using Agile development techniques.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience, specifically within the SFI Health Cloud domain.
• Expert knowledge of Omnistudio components: DataRaptor, FlexCards, OmniScript, and Integration Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with SFI CPQ and either SFI EPC or Ratings Engine.
• Ability to judge technology trade-offs, identify platform limitations, and design feasible alternatives under project constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Advanced Developer, or Technical Architect certifications.
• SFI Health Cloud certification and business operations experience in the Health & Insurance sector.
