Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews to design and architect end-to-end technical solutions.
• Perform hands-on development and technical deep dives, including coding in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Coordinate development efforts between onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment cycles.
• Integrate external third-party systems with Salesforce using web services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full lifecycle enterprise software implementation.
• 7+ years of dedicated experience implementing Salesforce projects.
• Expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduled, Tests, and Email Services).
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce automation including Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Strong experience with SOQL and building custom applications on the Salesforce Platform.
• Hands-on integration experience using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree.
