Description

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce architectures and strategies for clients in manufacturing, CPG, and financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee Salesforce implementations across Data, Marketing, Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry clouds.
• Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using identity management, data architecture, and standard integration patterns.
• Build secure, scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Flow builder, and sharing architecture.
• Advise stakeholders on build vs. buy decisions, single-org vs. multi-org strategies, and DevOps practices.
• Manage project teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality assurance while acting as a C-level advisor.

Required Skills

• 8 to 14 years of experience in IT Architecture, Technology Transformation, and Salesforce architecture and development.
• Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
• Proven track record delivering complex solutions for at least 5-10 clients.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, Data Lakes, CBS, LMS, Tableau, Kafka, and one major public cloud platform.
• Deep understanding of the CRM market and competitors including SFDC, MS Dynamics, Oracle, and Zoho.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with Indian clients and organizations.
• Ability to travel as required.
