Description

You will lead technical strategy and team management for Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Make strategic technical decisions to meet client requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5 or more members.
• Design and implement solutions using Apex and Lightning.
• Oversee the technical delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior on-site client experience.
