Description

Design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and architectural blueprints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and architectural roadmaps integrating with external systems.
• Apply best practices for security, governance, data management, and custom development.
• Provide technical oversight and hands-on leadership for developers and administrators.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into effective technical designs.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as the subject matter expert for internal and external partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including 3 years in an architect role.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce API integration and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Heroku.
• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and legacy systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Certified Application Architect or System Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
