Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture discussions and guide development teams technically.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain Salesforce administration best practices, covering security, data management, and integration.
• Conduct system audits and performance tuning to optimize applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Ability to design and implement integrations with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
