Description

You will own the architectural design and governance of the Salesforce ecosystem, translating complex business needs into scalable, multi-cloud solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the total Salesforce landscape, including system architecture, data structures, and security protocols.
• Orchestrate cross-cloud solutions that prioritize long-term scalability and operational efficiency.
• Supervise intricate data exchanges using APIs, MuleSoft middleware, and event-based messaging (CDC, Platform Events).
• Formulate deployment strategies, including automated CI/CD pipelines and environment synchronization.
• Define development benchmarks, design patterns, and safe adoption frameworks for AI features like Agentforce and Copilot.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
• Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credential.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations, and event-driven architecture.
• Proven track record in multi-cloud design, DevOps maturity, and identity management (Okta/Azure AD).
• Ability to convert business requirements into precise technical specifications and blueprints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring developers and administrators to improve technical proficiency.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional background.
