Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance initiatives.

Design Salesforce application blueprints and custom workflows that align with business objectives. Analyze company processes to develop CRM solutions and system integrations. Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Manage user roles and security settings to ensure data protection and access control. Enforce best practices for master data management and system integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate alternative solutions and identify business needs. Guide business users through training to improve platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, and platform limitations.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Advanced problem-solving skills for high-level software and application issues.
• Experience with Salesforce Developer tasks and platform architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Architect.
