Description

Design and implement large-scale Salesforce and CPQ solutions while maintaining the technology roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable, efficient, and well-engineered solutions.
• Define data access and integration layers, including methods for exposing data and supported integration options.
• Perform technical reviews of vendor designs to ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
• Develop high-level estimates by analyzing business cases and viable design solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing software components with Salesforce.com and CPQ platforms.
• Expertise in Force.com APEX, Visual Force, Java, JavaScript, XML, and HTML5.
• Proficiency in configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs and APEX Triggers.
• Proven track record driving direction and implementation of very large Salesforce.com implementations.
• Deep experience with multiple integrations including web services, legacy applications, and AppExchange.
• Experience implementing new Salesforce.com instances from inception.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and Salesforce.com best practices, limitations, and support mechanisms.
• Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes and their associated integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Expert understanding of SOQL and intermediate knowledge of Oracle database.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Force.com Data loader, Informatica, or Pentaho.
