Responsibilities

• Design and implement Service Cloud solutions based on specific business requirements.
• Embed external and third-party tools into the Salesforce platform.
• Work directly with client teams to gather and translate technical requirements.
• Demonstrate expertise via a Trailhead profile link.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce.com, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Proven experience in Service Cloud implementation.
• Salesforce Platform Certification.
• Demonstrable client-facing experience.
