Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integration efforts with external systems and platforms.
• Oversee data modeling, migration, quality, governance, and backup strategies.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization.
• Develop and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Data Security, Data Modeling, and Data Architecture.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and technical leadership.
• Ability to mentor junior architects and developers.
• Experience with technical documentation, diagrams, and playbooks.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
