Description

You will own the complete Salesforce Service Cloud solution and technical architecture for enterprise-level customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including data flows and integrations with enterprise solutions.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams of developers, admins, and analysts through the full development lifecycle.
• Create technical specifications and conceptual design documents for business and technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex architectural issues and risks.
• Translate business requirements into automated solutions that minimize custom code.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in software project implementations related to CRM or Service Cloud.
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce.com web services, including REST and SOAP.
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead role.
• Expertise in Force.com platform development using Apex, Triggers, Lightning, and Workflow rules.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business scenarios.
• Strong web development skills in JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and DHTML.
• Experience designing and documenting solution architectures for enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead technical workshops and drive architectural discussions.
