Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for healthcare and payer environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Define data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture best practices.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL, and event-based patterns (Mulesoft preferred).
• Establish technical governance and drive DevOps/CI-CD practices using tools like Copado or Gearset.
• Mentor development teams and ensure alignment with SDLC and agile delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including architecture or lead developer roles.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and technical governance.
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (DevOps Center, Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Proficiency in integration patterns (middleware, ETL, event-based).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
