About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-level CRM architecture, solution design, and implementation. The role demands deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, integration strategies, and scalable solution design aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
Define architecture blueprints and technical design artifacts
Select appropriate Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Integration & Systems
Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Ensure seamless connectivity with ERP and third-party systems
Implement event-driven and real-time data synchronization

Data & Security
Define data models, governance, and migration strategies
Implement security models (roles, sharing rules, encryption)
Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR, HIPAA

Performance & Scalability
Optimize system performance and large data handling
Identify bottlenecks and provide scalable solutions

Governance & Best Practices
Establish CI/CD pipelines and development standards
Conduct code reviews and maintain quality benchmarks
Manage release cycles and technical debt

Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor developers and guide technical teams
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and product owners
Drive PoCs and innovation initiatives

Key Requirements
12+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Salesforce
Minimum 5+ years in Architecture roles
Experience handling end-to-end Salesforce lifecycle projects
Strong expertise in:
        Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs
        Integration (REST/SOAP, middleware)
        AppExchange deployments
        SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and   Databricks
Strong knowledge of CRM, SFA, TPM, eB2B solutions
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Certifications
Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application/System Architect or equivalent)

Preferred Skills
SQL, MS Office proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience in global and cross-functional teams
