You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, and Health Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build tailored solutions within Salesforce Community Cloud to foster collaboration among customers, partners, and employees.
• Leverage Service Cloud to enhance customer support capabilities and service management workflows.
• Utilize Salesforce Flow to automate complex business processes across multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Develop and manage Health Cloud solutions, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
• Guide the technical team in architecture development and deployment while aligning deliverables with business goals.

Required Skills

• Proven experience implementing Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, and Health Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications including Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Health Cloud Accredited Professional.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable for long-term organizational needs.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
