You design and implement complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
• Lead technical teams through the full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with integration tools (Informatica, MuleSoft) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce certifications: Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture and Management Designer.
• Ability to ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Health Cloud/Lifesciences experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
