Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and complex migrations, focusing on Service Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution design documents.
• Optimize Service Cloud configurations for complex processes, including case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel support.
• Design and implement integrations between Help Desk systems and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure solution functionality, performance, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and consulting.
• Extensive experience managing Salesforce migrations, specifically from Classic to Lightning.
• Proven track record as a Business Architect driving large-scale transformations.
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud functionalities and service automation.
• Experience designing seamless integrations with Help Desk systems.
• Ability to create process flow diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ability to work within the EST time zone.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
