Responsible for leading the architecture, design, governance, and implementation of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions supporting case management, CRM, workflow automation, and program operations.
Ensures delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with HRSA enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and business objectives.
Provides technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration and customization oversight, integrations, data migration, DevSecOps alignment, IAM integration, and environment management.
Develops architectural roadmaps, conducts proof-of-concept efforts, evaluates alternatives, mitigates technical risks, and ensures adherence to platform best practices and change management processes.
Serves as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders and oversees quality, performance optimization, and long-term sustainment of the Salesforce platform
