Description

You will lead the architecture, design, governance, and implementation of Salesforce enterprise solutions for case management, CRM, and workflow automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction for scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce platforms aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration oversight, and environment management.
• Drive integrations, data migration, and IAM implementation while ensuring DevSecOps alignment.
• Develop architectural roadmaps, conduct proof-of-concept efforts, and mitigate technical risks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders to ensure quality and long-term sustainment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and platform design.
• Strong expertise in CRM solutions and Salesforce Platform development.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in solution design, configuration, and customization oversight.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and identity/access management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Strong communication skills for liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRSA enterprise architecture or government compliance standards.
• Background in performance optimization and long-term platform sustainment.
• Certification in Salesforce Architecture or related enterprise solutions.
