Description

You will lead the design, development, and architectural integration of Salesforce solutions within complex client ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops to define architecture and specifications.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using custom platform development and external data integrations.
• Mentor technical teams and facilitate project delivery to meet business requirements.
• Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules, and email alerts.
• Optimize platform performance while adhering to Salesforce Governor limits and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Expertise in Apex and Triggers.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce.
• Hands-on work with Salesforce APIs and middleware tools for data integration.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor limits and performance optimization.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical architectural designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
