Description

Lead technical design and end-to-end implementation of complex Salesforce projects, owning the application lifecycle from inception through production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions using UML diagrams, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies.
• Lead a team of developers through technical mentoring, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Manage project discovery, requirement gathering, and scope definition for mid-to-large scale implementations.
• Oversee system testing and monitor performance requirements to ensure business expectations are met.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Force.com development experience.
• Expertise in LWC, Apex, and Visualforce development.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture and Design concepts.
• Hands-on experience with LDS components and the Aura framework.
• Proficiency in SFDC configurations including Custom Objects, Custom Settings, Page Layouts, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience with Workflows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
• Knowledge of environment management, release management, and CI/CD tools (ANT, GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
