Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of Financial Services Cloud solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall FSC technical solution and drive implementation using a configuration-first approach.
• Design high-level architecture and define development guidelines and test execution plans.
• Guide Scrum Masters and Technical Leads on technical dependencies and activity sequencing.
• Deliver requirements through hands-on development and implementation of new Salesforce instances from scratch.
• Manage large volume data and implement best practices to work within governor limits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and App Builder certifications.
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Visual Force, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency in APIs, WSDL, web services, and integration patterns.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools like ANT or Change Sets and data migration via Data Loader.
• Proven background in platform migration assessment and consulting for digital transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Salesforce with Agency Management and Claims applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration including profiles and permission sets.
