Description

You will define and own the enterprise Salesforce architecture strategy across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for complex integrations with ERP, PLM, and other upstream/downstream systems.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and governance frameworks across development teams.
• Drive data modeling, data quality, and performance optimization across Salesforce organizations.
• Conduct impact analysis and technical feasibility assessments for large-scale transformation programs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 4+ years in an architect role.
• In-depth expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow automation.
• Strong understanding of microservices, data modeling, and Salesforce security principles.
• Experience integrating with systems like ERP and PLM using Mulesoft, APIs, and middleware.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset or Copado.
• Any Graduate education.
