Description

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for banking and financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop repeatable, scalable frameworks to support business requirements.
• Lead small teams and manage onsite-offshore coordination and technical guidance.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs.
• Execute data migrations into and out of SFDC using Data Loader and CLI.
• Evaluate business processes to identify appropriate technology applications and technical complexities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• At least one active Salesforce Certification (Dev 401 or ADM201 preferred).
• Extensive development experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, and Web Services.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SFDC configuration, business workflows, and the FSC data model.
• 4+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints and governor limits.
• Experience with the Salesforce test framework and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Banking industry experience and customer onboarding project history.
• Full stack development experience.
