Description

Design and govern complex Salesforce ecosystems for large-scale enterprise implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions with a focus on scalability and security.
• Design data models, sharing architectures, and integration patterns using MuleSoft and API-led approaches.
• Implement event-driven integrations and leverage Data Cloud and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and leadership to drive technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6–8 years specifically in Salesforce architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong background in data modeling, security, and sharing architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce/Einstein AI.
• Proven integration experience with MuleSoft and API-led architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences domain exposure, particularly with research ecosystems.
