Description

Define integration architectures and lead development teams to deliver standardized solutions on the Salesforce Lightning platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define overarching integration architectures and common development patterns to drive standardization.
• Lead a team of developers to ensure solutions align with Sales, Service, and eCommerce domain blueprints.
• Coach and mentor the team on Salesforce, integration, and DevOps best practices.
• Establish application quality processes, including code reviews, technical design reviews, and change management.
• Represent DevOps in CAB reviews and estimate project delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of total IT experience delivering customer-focused applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce software development, delivery management, and integration implementation.
• 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Development.
• 3+ years of experience designing secure integrations with the Lightning Platform and enterprise applications.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Ability to define middleware tools and recommend API-based integration strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, or Salesforce Certified Architect certifications.
