Description

You will define the technical roadmap for the Salesforce org, translating business requirements into secure, low-code system designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design service solutions that meet customer requirements while minimizing custom development.
• Construct detailed architecture documentation, scope documents, risk profiles, and remediation plans.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute hands-on development, administrative, and technical deliverables to meet project goals.
• Perform implementation oversight and participate in formal design reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise or Software Architecture.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and software architecture design principles.
• Experience with Enterprise and Software engineering using approaches such as SEI or TOGAF.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Strong command of REST APIs, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience creating architecture views and documenting non-functional requirements.
• Experience constructing detailed financial models and Statements of Work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing 24/7 on-call support for Salesforce applications.
