Define the technical vision and drive delivery of high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture and development of Service Cloud and OmniStudio implementations.
• Design complex, guided user experiences using OmniStudio tools.
• Build high-performance data integration layers and manage secure API integrations.
• Design enterprise-grade data models and handle asynchronous processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expert-level mastery of Service Cloud (Case Management, Console, Entitlements, Knowledge).
• Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong architectural background in OmniStudio.
• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
